Courier's Refund & Return Policy at Courier, we value our customers and are committed to delivering exceptional products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy.

Exchanges and Returns: You have the right to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. This means that you must contact us within this period to express your desire to exchange or return. You can fill in our return form here.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer the option to exchange it for a new product or to receive store credit. We kindly ask you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt and document the issue, including photos of the damage. To make a claim for a damaged or defective product upon receipt, the hang tag must still be attached to the clothing.

Dutch Consumer Rights: As a Dutch customer, you are protected by Dutch consumer law. This means that products must meet the reasonable expectations you may have of them, taking into account the nature of the product and public statements made by us, the manufacturer, or our representatives about the specific characteristics of the products.

Return Costs: The cost of returning a product is €15.50 and is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the product insured and trackable, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our warehouse.

Return Process: Contact the customer service by filling in the return form here. After our approval from our side follow the instructions you received for sending back the product. Ensure that the products is returned in its original condition and packaging, including all attached labels and accessories.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with a refund as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, via the original payment method. Please note that the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Additional Terms for Returning at Courier At Courier, we aim for a fair and transparent return process. Below are additional terms that apply to the return of items:
Item Condition:
Original State and Packaging: All returned items must be new and unused and returned in the original packaging as delivered. This means that all labels, hangtags, and other accessories must be intact and in the same place as upon receipt.
Seal Integrity: It is important that the seal of the hangtag has not been removed or broken. We use special means to verify the integrity of the seal. These means allow us to determine whether the seal has been affixed in the same place by us.
Fraud Prevention:
Special Verification Means: To prevent fraud and ensure the quality of our products, we have advanced means to verify the original affixing of the seal. Burden of Proof: In cases where there is doubt about the condition of the returned item, we reserve the right to share the burden of proof of the original affixing of the seal with the customer. It is therefore futile to try to reattach the seal in an attempt to mimic the original condition of the item.
We advise our customers to carefully consider before returning a product, as failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the rejection of the return shipment.
